- What type of low impact exercises you can do to combat ED and premature ejaculation:

NURSERY EVS CHAPTER 7 HEALTHY FOOD SESSION 5 TRACE AND COLOUR THE APPLE.
Incorporate 30 minutes of jogging in your daily routine, this low impact exercise will help reduce your chances of developing erectile dysfunction. If, due to medical or physical reasons (knee problem etc.) you are not able to jog, then at least brisk walk for the above mentioned duration everyday.
Another type of exercises that are helpful to combat not only ED but also premature ejaculation are known as Kegel exercises. These help strengthen your pelvic muscles which play an important role in urinary control, improve erections and also helps you better control ejaculation. The way to do these exercises is by trying to stop the flow of urination mid stream for a few seconds at a time. You can also constrict your sphincter muscle (similar to when you try to stop passing gas). Start by doing these exercises for a few seconds 5 to 10 times a day.
Always start any type of exercise under professional supervision.
- ED and its negative effect on your self-image.
Erectile dysfunction and your self image are interlinked, each can cause the other to occur. Having problems with getting and maintaining an erection can have a negative impact on your self confidence which in-turn can cause performance anxiety during sexual activities; and on it goes like a never ending vicious cycle. If you feel there is an adverse effect on your self-image due to problems that you face during sex, then seeking professional help is recommended.
Don’t let your sexual health problems overwhelm you, there is no need to lose your self confidence because of it.
- Your Diet: The quality and quantity of your diet also plays a very important part in fighting ED. Your body needs the right balance of vitamins and minerals to perform at optimal level. Avoiding junk food is the first step you need to take to ensure that your intake of fatty and oily foods (which only give you empty calories) is reduced.
